For now, our production in Pompaples is closer to a pilot study than a full-fledged commercial enterprise—very modest in scale.
We are experimenting with various substrates and a growing range of mushroom species, aiming to understand every aspect of cultivating wood-loving mushrooms through hands-on experience before moving to a truly “commercial” phase. The contact and exchange with you, our customers, at weekly markets is also a fantastic source of inspiration! So let’s sit down at the table!
