This Pholiota adiposa powder is made from whole mushrooms produced in Pompaples (VD). Grown on a local organic substrate (organic rye from Juriens, organic wheat bran from Suchy, and wood from the Vaud Jura), our mushrooms are dried at 35°C and cold-pulverized.

This powder is made 100% from fresh mushrooms grown at FloydFungi in Pompaples. All ingredients used for cultivation are sourced from circular and organic farming.
