This Pleurotus ostreatus powder is made from whole mushrooms produced in Pompaples (VD). Grown on a local organic substrate (organic rye from Juriens, organic wheat bran from Suchy, and wood from the Vaud Jura), our oyster mushrooms are dried at 35°C and cold-pulverized.
