Hericium erinaceus Powder

This Hericium powder is made from whole mushrooms produced in Pompaples (VD). Grown on a local organic substrate (organic rye from Juriens, organic wheat bran from Suchy, and wood from the Vaud Jura), our mushrooms are dried at 35°C and cold-pulverized. Hericium dissolves easily in hot water. Add a dash of milk, honey, and ginger for a delicious, healthy, additive-free morning drink in just 5 minutes.

History and Benefits:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine for the balance of intestinal mucosa, Hericium was also the companion of Yamabushi Zen monks in the Japanese mountains, who used it for its benefits on the nervous system and its ability to support long meditation sessions.
