This mycelium has grown for two to three weeks (depending on the strain) on organic rye grain sterilized at 121 °C for 2.5 hours. Perfect for inoculating sawdust or straw substrates (for oyster mushrooms), with or without supplementation.

Each kilogram of grain spawn can inoculate between 3 and 15 kg of substrate, depending on its quality.
This mycelium can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, but should be used as fresh as possible.
